Q. What is check in/check out time?
A. Check in is at 14.00 PM and check out is at 12 noon.

Q. Is it allowed to smoke on your property?
A. It is not allowed to smoke in our hotel. However, we do offer smoking rooms.

Q. Do you have wireless internet access available?
A. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Q. Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
A. No, Badhotel Scheveningen is not a wheelchair friendly hotel.

Q. Do you have a fitness center?
A. No, we do not have a fitness center available.

Q. Do you offer room service?
A. Limited room service is available.

Q. What are the charges if I bring my children?
A. Children till 2 years are free of charge. Children 2-12 years € 12,50 p.c.p.n. sharing the room with 2 paying adults.

Q. Do you have a pool?
A. No, we do not have a pool at the hotel.

Q. Do you have a spa?
A. We do not have a spa.

Q. What the minimum age to make a hotelreservation?
A. The minimum age is 18 years and a valid identification is necessary. Under 18 years a signed copy of a valid ID en permission letter from parents are necesarry.

Q. Is a passport / ID card required at check in.
A. Yes, a valid identification is required at check in.

Transportation/Directions

Q. Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking?
A. Next to our hotel we have limited parking facilities The costs are € 19,50 p.c.p.n. and cannot be reserved in advance. The parking charge is not included in the roomrate.

Q. Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A. We do not provide free shuttle service from the airport.

Q. What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
A. Our restaurant is open daily till 22.00 hours.

Q. What are the opening hours of the bar/lounge?
A. Our bar/lounge is open daily from 16.00 – 24.00 hours.

Q. At what time breakfast is served?
A. Breakfast is served from 07.00 – 10.00 hours. On Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 08.30 – 11.30 hours.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept the following payment methods: creditcards, bankcards and cash.  We do not accept checks.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. The surcharge for pets is € 15,00 p.p.p.n. Pets are not allowed in public area’s such as our restaurant and bar.
